Another way to burn fat, maybe?





On your mission to lose some, or maybe a lot of, body fat, you will no doubt of heard countless ways in which to do it. (I've mentioned 5 of my top ways here). Now you may or may not have heard people say the following.. ''The best way to burn fat is to exercise on an empty stomach''. A lot of bodybuilders and fitness models use this strategy (along with lifting heavy and following a very strict diet plan) but are they doing themselves out of better results?
