Which one would YOU choose?





Imagine this:

You are stood in front of 2 doors that lead to 2 different magic Body Transformation rooms.





The door on the left, should you choose this one, will instantly make you be the weight you've always wanted to be.

You'll step on the scales and will the see the number you've been trying to achieve for weeks, months or even years.

However:

Your skin is loose,

Your body has no tone or definition whatsoever,

Your energy is low,

Your hair is brittle and dry,

Your eyes are a dull white and maybe even a yellowy colour,

You definitely do not look or feel awesome naked,

And when you look in the mirror your confidence will drop through the floor,

But the scales say you've lost weight!


Now, the door on the right, should you walk through it, will instantly transform your body into the body of your dreams!

The healthiest and sexiest body on the planet!

Your hair is soft and shiny!

You're bursting with energy!

Your skin is tight!

Your body is toned!

You look awesome naked!

And after standing in front of the mirror admiring your Amazing new body,

Your confidence is through the roof!

However:

The scales say you haven't lost any weight.


Now answer honestly:

Which door would you choose?

Bare in mind that most, if not all of your friends would choose the door on the right.

Why does this matter?

Well when you go out with your friends to a BBQ or even on holiday, they'll all have the bodies of their dreams.

Do you want to be there clinging to the fact that you've 'lost weight'?

Or do you want to be the one who's receiving all the complements for how Amazing you look?

****BAD NEWS ALERT****

Unfortunately those magic 'Body Transformation rooms' do not exist,.

(Although they probably will do one day)



Anyway, my point here is this..

We are surrounded by companies making millions, if not billions of dollars, creating the next 'best diet' and 'best diet product' almost everyday.

They claim, and most of time back up with results, 'guaranteed weight loss' .

But when was the last time you went on a summer holiday, spotted someone with a healthy looking body, running round playing with their kids, enjoying life and thought:

''I wish I was his/her weight''?

Never right?

You've probably thought:

''I wish I had a body like him/her''.

I know I have!

Let me put it into pictures for you.

Here's a body after extreme dieting:



I'm not going to give them the pleasure of naming the popular diets out there as I'm sure you're aware of their names, but do you think either of these two have been on any one of the multi-million dollar company 'diets'?





































NO THEY HAVE'NT!

What they have done, and continue to do, is eat healthy, nutritious food and exercise regularly!

It's that simple!

There are millions of bodies out there I could have chosen as examples of people who are in great shape who haven't needed to go on a crazy diet eating only powdered this and blended that.

Remember: The diet companies out there are playing on your emotions.

They're playing on the fact that everything on this planet is measured by numbers!

From the time, all the way to product codes and everything in between.

But why should what the scales say have any affect on our feelings and emotions?

Why are we so hung up on something so completely irrelevant?

Simply put:

If you went and weighed yourself on the moon you would be 1/6 of your weight on earth.

So if you weighed 100kg on earth, you'd weigh 16.6kg on the moon.

But you'd still look the same!

So my second question, which I will leave you with is this:

Does weight really matter?
