A load of Sh*t!

A load of Sh*t!

Have you got IBS?

Do you suffer from bloating?

Or even poor digestion?

***Wow that sounded like the start of sales pitch off classic fm***

(it's not don't worry)

Then maybe you need to start taking a probiotic.

What is a probiotic?

Probiotics are: "live microbial feed supplement which beneficially affects the host animal by improving its intestinal microbial balance" ~ Fuller in 1989

What does that mean?

Well it basically means your digestive system will be healthier.

Although there are several reasons why you should take probiotics.

I feel taking a probiotic to improve the gastrointestinal tract is the most important.

Why?

Because a lot of people, including you, will most likely suffer from one of the above symptoms.

Without a healthy gut, you will struggle to absorb all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals that you're eating (or hopefully eating) on a day to day basis.

Products that contain billions of healthy bacteria are things like yogurts, fermented dairy, sauerkraut, dark chocolate and believe it or not, Probiotic supplements.

Oh and if you've recently taken antibiotics then you definitely need a probiotic, for obvious reasons.

Studies show that by taking a probiotic you can also seriously reduce inflammation in the gut.

AND passing stools will become easier and slightly more frequent!

Which is great for weight loss! (It also reduces discomfort).

All of this will lead to a much improved HRQoL (Health-related Quality of Life)
